I'm a certified Project Management Professional with over 6 years of leading complex technical work for Fortune 100 companies. What I actually do is build the conditions where a team's best thinking survives contact with corporate reality — where engineers can stay heads-down on hard problems, stakeholders can decide with confidence, and nothing depends on someone working themselves into the ground to save it.
As someone who thought I’d build a career in mission-oriented government service, I’ve found my passion lies within making the teams I work with greater than the sum of its parts.
I'm currently sharpening that instinct further at UCLA Anderson, because the bigger the room, the more it matters to get the people in it right.

My Philosophy
No idea is too big or too small to bring to life if it’s something you truly believe in. The things that bring us joy, meaning, or inspiration exist because someone had the passion and tenacity to bring it into the world and keep it alive. Left to its own devices, this world keeps dreams just as it were — a dream.
